House #25 - Curtiss Ave Sodus

Ground breaking July 26th 2008.
Willie and Mollie Brown are the latest Habitat family.  Hear they are with their children and grand children breaking ground for their new house.  Irene Fadden, President of HfH and her grand daughter are looking on as Tom Moenter, who will be site supervise, watching over the work.  Because  of the rock content of the lot that has already been stripped of the top soil in preparation of construction a left over sand pile, from constructing house #25 next door, was used to do the ground breaking.

Site grading and foundation work progreessed slowly through the Fall.  The foundation has been completed, but because of the late start and the early Winter weather the site was closed down after back filling, till Spring.

House #24 - Curtiss Ave Sodus - Dedication July 26th 2008
